Copenhagen Sparkling Tea ‘Bla’

Award winning sommelier, Jacob Kocemba, together with his business partner, Bo Sten Hensen, established the Copenhagen Sparkling Tea Company in Denmark in 2017. Each batch of sparkling tea is carefully hand brewed with no artificial additives. ‘Bla’ is brewed from a blend of Jasmine, White tea, Darjeeling and a touch of citrus.

A light and refreshing aperitif. The Jasmine and white tea gives ‘Bla’ its soft and elegant palate while the Darjeeling helps add to its complexity and robust structure. Crisp and delicate aromas of green apples and pineapples.
